Almost two years ago, I visited this place shortly before the snow was gone. A very nice place especially in the winter time.

Winter’s first snow covered the branches quite lovely, I think…also seen during the Rhine meadows walk.

Shot on my walk along the former Rhine meadows…was surprised to still find last some green leaves at this time of the year – especially after the first snow.

Below shot shows a group of trees near the Rhine, seen the day after the first snow fell in the end of November (it disappeared quite quickly, so I rushed to this area quite early in the morning).
