About

I am generally interested in shape, form, structure and light/colour arrangements. It’s always about the look and the aesthetics of things.

To me, photography is about creating a lasting image in the moment the shutter is being pressed, and about the “previsualisation”, the seeing of the final image in that moment. It is about capturing and preserving an irretrievable moment in time, and letting people see the world through my eyes.

Photography is not about the thing photographed. It is about how that thing looks photographed.” Garry Winogrand

“The only true voyage of discovery, the only fountain of Eternal Youth, would be not to visit strange lands but to possess other eyes, to behold the universe through the eyes of another, of a hundred others, to behold the hundred universes that each of them beholds, that each of them is.”
Marcel Proust
